TBG has a proactive R&D team experienced in the full product development cycle. Our resident team and associated consultants provide expertise (electrical, electronic, and mechanical design/engineering) for initial concepts, design and approvals through market acceptance and product launch.

Product Development

TBG’s long standing experience in project management means taking concepts, and developing it further utilizing TBG’s engineering and product knowledge to bring it to a successful completion using Protel and Autocad facilities.

By combining in-house manufacturing and harness design skills with those of TBGs strategic partners in printed circuit board assembly and metal fabrication. TBG assures the best board and mechanical design assistance available.

Custom Design and Engineering

Our years of work in this field work for customer, making the transaction from internal supply to outsourcing seamless, effective and efficient.

All you in-house engineering and documentation can be brought across to TBG, with the TBG personnel liaising with clients engineering team and supply department to ensure the transition to outsourcing is problem free and results in a successful interface between companies.

Illumination

TBG specialises in the development and manufacture of innovative illumination systems for POS, gaming, and display signs. The major focus to date has been a range of creative Toppers for the very specific and exacting requirements of the gaming industry.

TBG engineering designs in our consultation with our OEM clients to create exciting new signage solutions. From initial structural and graphic design through prototype production, vacuum forming, injection moulding and screen printing to unique lighting systems. TBG handles every facet of the signage project, from concept to completion.
