LED Edgle-Lit Panels

The latest in signage development from The Bright Group now provides a new approach with a low energy low profile evenly illuminated planar screen for advertising and menu signage applications. Ideal for wall mounting and low profile applications the entire sign can be less than 15mm deep to allow for wall mounting and mounting within restricted real-estate applications.

TBG now offers a very compact evenly illuminated alternative to the rear illuminated light box style sign. TBG “Optical Acrylic Edge Lit Panel” (ELP) is powered by a multiple LED lighting array.



Initially offered as a replacement for TBG's CCFL range, being a drop-in replacement for the now obsolete TBG CCFL range. But more than a mere replacement, the C-Panel range is a lighting solution that can stand on its own merits.

TBG's C-Panels offer numerous advantages over other lighting technologies in use in light boxes:

  • Small form factor
  • Lifetime of 50,000+ operating hours (ie. 5+ years in operation 24hrs / day).
  • Operates from direct Low Voltage Input, 12VDC or 24VDC,
    eliminating the use of high voltage inverters or ballasts.

The current C-Panels have been designed as a drop-in replacement for the TBG CCFL range, however the connectors and adaptors can be easily added and customized for differing requirements.

Current available as replacements for TBG-CCFL lengths of 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, and the Trapezium Tyep 4 CCFLs.
